worshiping Paul drums rich and banana tia biscuits

When?

The morning starts at 10am and usually finishes about 11.45 with tea and coffee and a chance to chat and enjoy spending time together.  Many of us are still here until lunchtime!

Small groups

In addition to Sunday mornings we also meet in mid-week Small Groups.  Click here to find out more.

Sunday Mornings

Our Sunday meetings are informal and relaxed, but also focused.  We want to encounter God through modern worship and relevant teaching from the Bible and to enjoy being together.

Just Visiting?

If you’ve never been to church before or haven’t been for a long time you are very welcome to come along and join us any Sunday. You will find us relaxed, informal and very friendly.

You can join in as much or as little as you feel comfortable. The dress code is very casual, so come along just as you are.

Sundays at King's

WorshipModern Worship

Most mornings will start with a time of praise and worship, with modern songs and music.  This is an exciting and joyful experience as we express our gratitude and praise to God for who he is and what he’s done for us.

Relevant Teaching

We believe the Bible is an incredible book, inspired by God and totally relevant for our lives today.  For this reason each week we enjoy clear and inspiring Bible teaching, helping us to understand and apply its message.  We believe good sermons should be enjoyable to listen to and helpful for people who are ‘just looking’ as well as for Christians.  Click to hear last Sunday’s Sermon.

Children’s Activities

We love having children and young people in our church.  They enjoy fun learning activities in their own age groups as part of each Sunday morning.  They will usually join in with the first 30 minutes of praise and worship before going out to their groups.  Visiting children are always made very welcome!

Being together

We enjoy spending time together so afterwards there is always plenty of time to talk over coffee, to meet new people or to find out more.  We love getting to know visitors so if possible please plan to stay for a while after the meeting has finished.
